What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name and email address (required), and phone number, company and service of interest if you choose to share them. Your message is required so we understand what you're looking for.

We also automatically collect a few technical details alongside your submission: the page you submitted the form from, and any UTM campaign parameters present in the page URL (used to understand which marketing activity led to your enquiry, if any).

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to understand which of our marketing activities are generating interest, so we can plan more effectively.

How it's stored

Form submissions are sent to a Google Sheet via a Google Apps Script web app and stored there. Access to this Sheet is restricted to Nuvision Marketing.

Analytics and advertising tools

No analytics or advertising tracking tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, or Meta Pixel) are currently active on this website.

Retention

We retain enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain business records. Contact us if you would like your information deleted.

Security

Your information is protected by Google's standard account access controls. We do not collect payment details or identity documents through this form.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details below.
